We recently added new hardware to each of our availability zones as part of an ongoing capacity expansion project. While troubleshooting the call completion issues that arose in our US-East datacenter following that maintenance, we shut off the services on these new servers to simplify the diagnostic process. This maintenance will turn the services back up to enable us to fully test the servers prior to moving production traffic onto them, which we will schedule for a separate window in the near future.
