We will be performing emergency firewall maintenance this weekend starting Saturday, 1am local time in each datacenter we operate. The maintenance is expected to last about an hour, with a 10-15 minute disruption in service in that datacenter.
During the period of 10-15 minutes while our firewalls restart, we expect a disruption in connectivity to that datacenter only. Phones provisioned with SRV records or multiple proxies should failover automatically, as each datacenter will be done on its own local timezone at 1am. Any devices that receive their configs from SimpleVoIP have this failover capability and should automatically roll to the nearest healthy zone.
No more than one datacenter will be under maintenance at a time.
