We have been notified by one of our ISPs in the us-west zone that they will be performing maintenance to upgrade software on their systems associated with our circuit. A two hour window is scheduled, however they are reporting we will only experience 30 minutes of possible downtime. Managed SimpleVoIP customers will not experience any downtime for phones.
Self service customers - please ensure that your phones are using proper NAPTR/SRV records to connect to SBCs in our us-west zone to avoid any interruption during this maintenance.
