Level 3 will implement scheduled maintenance as part of a large scale global project to upgrade code on the IP platform. This GCR is one of several maintenances taking places across various locations and multiple time zones. The purpose of this upgrade is to fix known bug issues and increase stability for customer services across the Level 3 network.
NO EXPECTED IMPACT:
Our Chicago load balancers are NOT on these circuits, so there will be no impact to hosted customers. Therefore, no action is required by customers on our hosted platform.
