We will be upgrading our hosted platform to the latest release, which contains numerous bug fixes and performance improvements. This release will be performed across all three of our production zones: US-East, US-Central, and US-West. This will be a rolling upgrade to reduce impact. Phones should automatically re-home temporarily to available zones while their home zones are being worked. Inbound call traffic will also reroute to available zones as needed.

There may be some temporary impact to our user portal as well, as it pulls some real-time data from our hosted PBX platform. This should be resolved once the platform availability has been restored.
